TREE OF PERMANENCE – District 4 has 146 Guardians ad Litem working tirelessly towards the best possible outcomes for children. We celebrate every child, but it is a special moment when a child is given permanent placement. Staff and Volunteers 4 in Onslow County commemorate this special achievement with their "Tree of Permanence" placing a leaf on the tree representing each child.
